摘　　要：根据实际情况,阐述了我国攀岩运动后备人才培养的新模式,旨在为攀岩运动在我国更好的发展提供参考。According to the actual conditions, this article expounded the new pattern to training the reserve talents of rock climbing sports in our country, in order to provides some references for the development of rock climbing sports in our country.
