摘　　要：针对当今世界排球运动的竞争格局,分析了我国排球运动的发展现状,并提出了发展我国排球运动的路径:进一步提升中国男排的国际竞争力,加速男排运动向优势或潜优势项目转化;扩大排球运动的群众基础,建立多层次、多渠道的后备人才培养体系;注重市场营销,提高联赛的商业化运作水平。Focus on the competitive pattern of world competitive volleyball, this article analyzes the development situation of volleyball in our country, proposed some paths to development volleyball sports in our country： promote the international competitiveness of Chinese man＇s volleyball further, accelerate the man＇s volleyball sports to advantage or potential advantage event; expand the mass basis of volleyball, set up the training the reserve talent＇ s system multi-layer, multi-channel; pay attention to the marketing, improve the commercialize operation level of league matches.
