摘　　要：事业单位作为履行管理和服务职能的公益性机构,通常拥有丰富的社会公共资源,特别是社会信息资源,对经济发展和社会建设具有重要意义。在信息技术迅猛发展的今天,信息安全性和透明性是信息系统建设的首要任务。必须重视和加强事业单位信息系统的建设,充分发挥模块化思想在事业单位信息系统中的作用,探究事业单位信息系统建设对社会公共事业发展的引领作用,旨在促进事业单位平稳健康发展。Institution as the performance of the management and service functions of public institutions,usually have a wealth of public resources,particularly social information resources,which have an important significance for economic development and social construction. Nowadays,because of the rapid development of information technology,information security and transparency are the primary task for building information systems. This paper focuses on the construction of the information systems in public institutions and analysis the modular thought,to explore its leading roles in the development of social public utilities,aims to promote institutions stable and healthy development.
