摘　　要：目的:检测紧密连接蛋白claudin-3、claudin-4、claudin-7、claudin-10在食管癌组织中的表达,探讨其表达的与食管癌的相关性临床病理学意义。方法:应用免疫组化法等检测claudin-3、claudin-4、claudin-7、claudin-10在62例食管癌和20例正常食管上皮组织中的表达水平。结果:claudin-3、claudin-7、claudin-10在食管癌中的阳性表达率为分别为90.32%,95.16%,82.26%,较正常食管组织表达明显增强;claudin-4在食管癌中的阳性表达率为16.13%,较正常食管组织表达明显减弱。结论:claudin-3、claudin-4、claudin-7、claudin-10的表达情况分析,可为临床诊断作参考。Objective：to detect the expression of tight junction protein claudin-3,claudin-4,claudin-7,claudin-10 in esophageal cancer, study the correlation between the expression of clinical pathology. Methods：Used immunohistochemistry assay for detecting claudin -3,claudin-4,claudin-7,clau-din-10 expression in 62 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal esophageal epithelial tissues. Results：The positive expression of Claudin-3,claudin-7,claudin-10 in esophageal cancer rate was respectively 90. 32%,95. 16%,82. 26%,the normal esophageal tissue expression increased sig-nificantly. claudin-4 negative expression in esophageal carcinoma was 16. 13%, compared with normal esophageal tissues significantly. Conclusion：Claudin-3,claudin-7,claudin-10 expression and the degree of differentiation of esophageal carcinoma was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation;was negatively correlated with the degree of expression of claudin-4 and esophageal carcinoma. Analysis of expression of claudin-3,claudin-4, claudin-7,claudin-10,molecular markers can be used to evaluate the incidence and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
