烧伤患者抑郁状态相关因素分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:评估成年烧伤患者的抑郁状态,分析影响抑郁心理的相关因素,探讨护理对策。方法:采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对我院收治的304例烧伤患者进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:60.86%的患者存在不同程度抑郁状态,引起患者抑郁的主要原因有担心个人美观、疼痛、功能障碍影响生活、对疗效的期望值过高、治疗费用高等。结论:医护人员不仅要重视对患者躯体疾病的治疗,更应关注并及时疏导患者所出现的心理问题,最大限度地恢复患者身心健康。Objective：To assess the depressive state of adult burn patients,and analyze the impact of the depression,to explore nursing countermeasures. Methods：304 cases of burn patients independently completed the assessment of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,and the results were analyzed statisti-cally. Results：60. 86% of the patients with depressive symptoms. The main reason for causing depression in patients included disfigured,physical disability, the high cost of treatment,patients worried about their future life was affected,not actual efficacy and patient expectations. Conclusion：Medical staff not only to pay attention to the treatment of patients with physical illness,should be more concerned and timely flow of patients psychological problems,to maximize the recovery of patients with physical and mental health.
