益艾康胶囊合连朴饮加减治疗艾滋病HAART疗法所致消化道反应临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益艾康胶囊合连朴饮加减治疗艾滋病HAART疗法所致消化道反应的疗效及安全性。方法:将63例艾滋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例在HAART疗法基础上配合益艾康胶囊口服及连朴饮加减治疗,对照组在HAART疗法基础上加用奥美拉唑胶囊口服,两组均以2周为1个疗程,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率93.75%,对照组有效率80.65%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分与治疗前对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组症状积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益艾康胶囊合连朴饮加减治疗艾滋病HAART疗法消化道反应疗效确切,患者依从性好。Objective：To observe the therapy efficacy and safety of Yiaikang capsule combined with Lianpuyin in treating gastrointestinal reaction ineuced by AIDS HAART therapy. Methods ：63 cases of AIDS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Yiaikang capsule combined with Lianpuyin based on HAART therapy. The control group was treated with Omeprazole Capsules on the basis of HAART therapy,2 weeks for a period of treatment. Observe the clinical curative effect and symptoms before and after treatment. Results ：The effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group and 80.65% in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared the symptoms integral of two groups with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared the symptoms integral of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Yiaikang capsule combined with Lianpuyin in treating AIDS has evident curative effect with good compliance.
