龙花汤治疗分泌性中耳炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察龙花汤治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例(58耳)分泌性中耳炎的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组25例(31耳)和治疗组25例(27耳)。两组患者均经耳内镜行鼓膜切开术及口服阿莫西林胶囊治疗3 d,治疗组再加用龙华汤治疗2周,治疗后观察其治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为81.48%;对照组有效率为48.38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙花汤治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效显著。Objective：Observe the clinical effect of Longhua decoction in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods ：50 cases （58 ears） with secretory otitis media were divided into control group 25 cases （31 ears） and treatment group 25 cases （27 ears） according to random number table method. Both two groups were treated with myringotomy and oral Amoxicillin Capsules ,3 d. The treatment group was given Longhua decocotion treatment for 2 weeks. Observe the curative effect after treatment. Results：In the treatment group ,22 ears in effective, the effective rate was 81.48%. In the control group, 15 ears in effective, the effective rate was 48.38%. Compared the two groups, there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Longhua decoction in the treatment of secretory otitis media has evident effect.
