针灸治疗风湿性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:138例风湿性关节炎患者采用针灸治疗,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:2个疗程后,治愈117例(84.78%),好转18例(13.04%),无效3例(2.17%),有效率为97.82%。结论:针灸治疗风湿性关节炎可获得标本兼治、祛风通络、祛邪扶正之效果、有效降低关节粘连、肌肉挛缩等后遗症,临床效果显著,不失为安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective ：To explorethe clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods ：138 cases of rheumatic arthritis Were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Observe the curative effect after 2 courses of treatment. Results ： After 2 courses, 117 cases cured （ 84.78 % ） , 18 cases better （ 13.04% ） , 3 cases invalid （2.17 % ） , the effective rate was 97.82%. Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment for rheumatoid arthritis can acquire dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians, eliminating pathogen to support vital qi, eliminate synarthrophysis and muscle contracture with remarkable clinical effect as a safe and effective therapy.
