水针刀联合骶管注射及口服独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨水针刀联合骶管注射及口服独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分两组,各28例。对照组采用骶管注射治疗联合口服独活寄生汤。治疗组采用水针刀联合骶管注射及口服独活寄生汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96.4%,对照组有效率82.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水针刀联合骶管注射及口服独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效佳。Objective：To study the curative effect of water needle knife combined with sacral canal injection and Duhuo Jisheng Tang in treating lumbar disc protrusion. Methods：Patients with lumbar disc protrusion were randomly divided into two groups ,28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sacral canal injection and Duhuo Jisheng Tang. The treatment group was treated with water needle knife combined with sacral canal injection and Duhuo Jisheng Tang. Results ： The effective rate was 96.4% in treatment group and 82.0% in control group. Compared the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Water needle knife combined with sacral canal injection and Duhuo Jisheng Tang in treating lumbar disc protrusion has better curative effect.
