摘　　要：开展大病医疗保险工作,是减轻人民群众大病医疗费用负担,解决因病致贫、因病返贫问题的迫切需要。大病保险制度作为当前我国政府推出的一项新兴医疗保障制度,需要我们在贯彻和落实的实践中,积极把握中央指导精神,努力追求制度创新,不断建立和完善适合国情的城乡居民大病保险制度。Carrying out critical illness medical insurance is urgent to reduce the burden of critical illnessmedical cost on the people and to address the problem of poverty caused by illness. As a new medical securitysystem that Chinese government is launching for, the critical illness insurance system need us to actively graspthe central guidance spirit in the process of the implement in practice, and to strive for system innovation, in or-der to establish and perfect the critical illness insurance system suitable for Chinese urban and rural residents.
