降脂消斑片对兔动脉粥样硬化模型脑、肾动脉与脂肪肝的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂消斑片对兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型脑、肾动脉与脂肪肝的影响。方法:采用免疫损伤(静脉注射牛血清白蛋白1次,250 mg/Kg)加高脂饲料喂养方法复制兔AS模型。分别给予降脂消斑片高、中、低剂量及阳性对照药物治疗。观察对脑、肾动脉与脂肪肝的影响。结果:降脂消斑片能减少脑、肾动脉斑块的形成,高剂量组能降低肝脏脂肪化程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降脂消斑片能减少兔AS模型的脑、肾动脉斑块的形成及降低肝脏脂肪化的水平。Objective： To observe the effects of Jiangzhi Xiaoban Pill（JZXBP） on cerebral arteries, renal arteries and fatty liver of rabbits with atherosclerosis（AS）. Methods： Immune injury and high cholesterol diet was applied to replicate models of AS in rabbits,which were given high,middle and low dose of JZXBP, as well as the positive control drugs respectively. Then the effects on cerebral arteries, renal arteries and fatty liver were observed. Results：JZXBP decreased the formation of cerebral and renal plaques,and high dose group evidently decreased the degree of the fatty liver （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： JZXBP could decrease the formation of cerebral and renal plaques as well as the degree of the fatty liver in rabbits with atherosclerosis（AS）.
