补肾通督胶囊对肾虚寒凝型RA患者血脂代谢及相关细胞因子的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾通督胶囊对肾虚寒凝型类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血脂代谢及相关细胞因子的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(35例),治疗组口服补肾通督胶囊,对照组口服雷公藤多甙片,均服药12周;观察患者治疗前后血清瘦素(Leptin,LP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血脂及血液动力学的情况。结果:补肾通督胶囊可以使肾虚寒凝型RA患者LP、IL-6、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数(RE)、红细胞变形指数(TK)显著降低(P<0.01),载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组LP、RE变化水平更为明显(P<0.01),Apo-A1、HDL-C变化水平更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通督胶囊对肾虚寒凝型RA患者血脂代谢及其相关细胞因子具有良好的调节作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of Bu Shen Tong Du capsule on lipids metabolism and related cytokines of patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： The 71 RA patients were divided randomly into treatment group （36 cases） and control group（35 cases）. Patients was treated with Bu Shen Tong Du capsule in treatment group and Tripterygium glycosides tablet in control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Then the changes of serum LP,IL-6,lipids and hemorheology of both group were observed. Results： After the treatment, Bu Shen Tong Du capsule significantly reduced the level of serum LP, TC,LDL-C,RE, TK and plasma viscosity（P〈0.01）, while raised the level of Apo-A1 and HDL-C（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the reduction of LP and RE in treatment group was greater （P〈0.01）, and the change of Apo-A1 and HDL-C was more significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Bu Shen Tong Du capsule can regulate the level of lipids metabolism and related cytokines of RA patients.
