摘  要:目的:研究疏血通脉胶囊处方药水煮制剂对大鼠血浆凝血功能及脉管内血栓的的影响。方法:给大鼠灌胃疏血通脉胶囊药液。测定凝血时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活凝血酶原时间和纤维蛋白原;电刺激动脉动管壁引起血管栓塞,记录从开始电刺激至血栓堵塞血管导致血流阻断时间;结扎下腔静脉引导静脉血栓形成,称定静脉血栓干重。结果:阳性药(曲克芦丁)组和疏血通脉胶囊高、中剂量组凝血时间和动脉血栓堵塞血管时间延长、静脉血栓干重和血浆纤维蛋白原降低,与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活凝血酶原时间,给药组与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给大鼠灌胃疏血通脉胶囊,可降低血液结成脉管内血栓倾向,未见其对血浆凝血3项关键指标(凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化凝血酶原时间)无明显影响。Objective: To study the effects of Shu Xue Tong Mai capsules on plasma coagulation function and intravascular thrombosis of rats. Methods: Rats were treated with Shu Xue Tong Mai capsule. Clotting time, plasma pmthrombin time, activate part plasma prothrombin time, prothrombin time and fibrinogen has been measured; the time from stimulation beginning to clotrestricts blood flow has been recorded, vein thrombosis which has been produced by inferior caval vein ligatured has been weighted. Results: More time for Clotting and artery thrombosis clotrestricts blood flow, and lower level dry weight of vein thrombosis and fibrinogen was found in positive drug(troxerutin)group, high and middle dose treated groups significantly; compared with normal group,there was statistical difference (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). No changes was found on plasma prothrombin time, activate part plasma prothrombin time, proothrombin time in treated groups significantly, compared with normal group,there was no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Shu Xue Tong Mai capsule can reduce the propensity for thrombosis, and have no effects on the 3 key indicators(plasma prothrombin time, activate part plasma prothrombin time and prothrombin time)in rats.
