独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者外周血中Fas/APO-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者外周血中Fas/APO-1(细胞凋亡抑制因子)的影响,探讨其治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机制。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症(肝肾亏虚型)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组予以卧床休息、腰椎牵引、腰背肌功能锻炼、推拿、中药熏洗治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上予独活寄生汤口服。治疗2周后观察两组患者Fas/APO-1变化,并评价疗效。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组Fas/APO-1值明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效,可能机制为降低Fas/Apo-l的升高。Objective： To observe the effect of DUHUOJISHENG decoction on Fas/APO-1 （Apoptosis inhibitory factor） in lumbar disc herniation patients with liver and kidney deficiency, and to investigate the mechanism of treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： The 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation （liver and kidney deficiency type） were randomly divided into treatment and control group, 40 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with resting in bed, lumbar traction, the function of low back muscle exercise, manipulation and herbal fumigation treatment. Other patients in treatment group received DUHUOJISHENG decoction on the basis of the control group. Then observe the change of Fas/APO-1 2 in patients and the clinical effect 2 weeks later. Results： 2 weeks later, Fas/APO-1 remarkably declined in treatment group （P〈0.05）, and compared with the control group, Fas/APO-1 was lower （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： DUHUOJISHENG decoction is effective for lumbar disc herniation, and it can reduce the content of Fas/APO- 1 in patients of lumbar disc herniation（liver and kidney deficiency type）, and this might be the therapeutic mechanism of the decoction.
