土家药内服外佩治疗乳腺囊性增生病86例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察土家药内服外佩治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效。方法:将185例乳腺囊性增生病患者随机分为两组。治疗组86例应用土家药内服外佩法,对照组99例应用乳癖消治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.0%,对照组总有效率为85.9%,治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后E2低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后P及PRL激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:应用土家药内服外佩治疗乳腺囊性增生病有显著疗效,安全可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tujia Medicine oral and external use on cystic hyperplasia of breast. Methods： The 185 cases of cystic hyperplasia of breast were divided into 2 groups. The 86 cases in treatment group was treated with Tujia Medicine oral and external use, and the other 99 cases in control group were given Rupixiao. Then the chnical effect after the treatment was observed. Results： The total efficiency was 97.0% in the treatment group, and 85.9% in the control group; the treatment group showed better effect than the control group （P〈0.05）; The level of E2 in treatment group after treatment was lower than control group （P〈0.05）; The differences of P and PRL between the two groups showed no significance（P〉0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： The Tujia Medicine oral and external use can provide significant clinical effect for cystic hyperplasia of breast, with safty.
