摘 要:目的:用HPLC法测定同时间同年生同生长土壤铜陵和亳州的牡丹皮中丹皮酚和芍药苷的含量,并比较其质量差异。方法:色谱柱:Waters VP-ODS-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);丹皮酚含量测定流动相:甲醇:水(60∶40),检测波长:274 nm,柱温:30℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1;芍药苷含量测定流动相:乙腈:0.1%H3PO4(20∶80);检测波长:230 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL·min-1。结果:丹皮酚在1.073-5.365μg,芍药苷在0.593-2.965μg范围内,均呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9991,平均回收率丹皮酚为99.96%(RSD%=0.72%),芍药苷为99.03%(RSD%=0.49%)。结论:在选定的牡丹皮中丹皮酚的含量,铜陵产区远高于亳州产区;而芍药苷的含量,铜陵产区略低于亳州产区。Objective:To determine the content of Paeonol and Paeoniflorin in Cortex Moutan from Tongling and Bozhou, and compare the quality difference. Methods: chromatographic column: Waters VP-ODS-C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm); Mobile phase for paeonol: methanol-water(60:40), Detection wavelength: 274 nm, Column temperature: 30%, the flow rate: 1.0 mL·min^-1; Mobile phase for paeoniflorin:acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4(20:80), Detection wavelength: 230nm, Column temperature: 30℃, the flow rate: 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results: Paeonol and paeoniflorin had good linear relationship in 1.073-5.365 μg(r=0.9999)and 0.593-2.965 μg(r= 0.9991)respectively. The average recoveriey of paeonol was 99.96% (RSD=0.72%), and paeoniflorin was 99.03% (RSD=0.49%). Conclusion: The experiment show that the content of the Paeonol localed at the Tangling region Cortex Moutan is much more higher than the Bozhou region Cortex Moutan and the content of the Paeoniflorin localed at the Tangling region Cortex Moutan is slightly lower than the Bozhou region Cortex Moutan.
