摘　　要：探讨了浆纱工序节能减排的途径。通过创新上浆工艺,开发新型环保浆料,浆液循环利用,以及蒸汽回收等,实现浆纱节能和零排放,将浆纱过程中因浆料、废水的排放而造成的环境污染和能源浪费减少到最低程度。This paper discusses the approaches of energy-saving and emission-reduction in slashing process. By innovating slashing process, developing new environmentally friendly size, recycling size and reclaiming steam, etc, the energy-saving and zero emission have been realized, which will reduce the environment pollution caused by the discharge of size and waste water in slashing process and the energy waste to the mini-mum.
