摘　　要：讲述便携式多功能仰卧起坐计数器材的结构设计和工作原理。可以实现计数和计时的功能;用上身去感应光电开关的方式,可以保证使用者动作的规范性;躺板可以伸缩和折叠,使得携带更加方便。This article introduce the physical design and operating principle of portable multifunctional counting equipment for sit-up. This equipment can come true the functions of counting and timing; guarantee that people exercise in a normative way when they react the photoelectric switch using their body： the lying plate can flex and fold which is more convenient to carry.
