摘　　要：膜片钳技术是电生理技术之一,通过记录离子通道电流来反映细胞膜离子通道活性。玻璃微电极广泛用于膜片钳实验中,就玻璃微电极拉制技术、影响因素及注意事项进行初步探讨,为膜片钳实验中玻璃微电极制备提供借鉴。The patch clamp technique is commonly used in electrophysiological experiments and offers direct insight into ion channel properties through the characterization of ion channel activity.
