摘 要:以三峡库区香溪河上游古洞口电站为研究对象,针对电站运行管理的实际需求,开发了基于Web Service的水库防洪调度系统。利用Java Servlet技术实现了B/S模式的整体框架,以水雨情遥测、闸门监控等为信息采集手段,计算机局域网和数据库为纽带,水库信息采集与处理、洪水预报与调度、信息服务、信息远程交互及水调业务管理为最终目标,设计并实现了山区小流域电站雨情遥测及水库防洪调度系统。系统实现了从信息采集到水库防洪调度决策工作全程自动化,基本上解决了水库遥测信息与预报、调度间的数据连接问题,从而提高了电站防洪和电力生产科学调度能力。Selecting upstream ancient Xiangxi brook power station in the three gorges reservoir as the research object,in view of the actual demand of the power plant operation and management, develop the reservoir flood dispatching system based on Web Service. Accomplish the overall structure of B/S by using Java Servlet. It takes water and rainfall telemetry, gate monitoring as the tools for the information collection, computer LAN and the database as a link,information collection and processing, flood forecasting and scheduling,information services,information remote interaction and water transfer business management as the ultimate goal, design and realize rainfall telemetry and reservoir flood control decision support system of power station at small catchments in mountain area. The system implements full automation from information collection to flood control work and basically solves the data connection problems between reservoir telemetry information and forecasting and scheduling in order to improve flood control and capabilities of power production plant science scheduling.
