摘 要:从传动比函数的角度出发,进行非圆齿轮齿条的设计,利用产形齿条是标准直齿条完成非圆渐开线直齿轮的齿廓设计,根据坐标变换完成齿条的齿廓设计。给定传动比函数,推导出相应的非圆柱直齿轮和齿条的节曲线方程;在MATLAB编程环境下进行齿廓的编制,进一步导入Pro/E中完成非圆齿轮齿条的三维模型建立,最后利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS完成非圆齿轮齿条的速度响应分析。所得到的齿条速度响应曲线基本与给定传动比函数的谐波曲线保持一致。From the perspective of the function of transmission ratio, the design of non--circular gear rack is carried out, by using the counterpart rack of which is standard straight rack, a non--circu- lar involute spur gear tooth profile design is completed, according to the coordinate transformation, the rack tooth profile design is completed. The corresponding non--spur gear and rack section curve e- quation is deduced according to the given gear ratio function. The programming of tooth profile is car- ried out in the MATLAB programming environment, further importing into Pro/E, the three--dimen- sional model of non--circular gear rack is established. Finally, by using the dynamics simulation soft- ware ADAMS, the speed response analysis of non--circular gear rack is completed. The resulting of rack speed response curve is basically consistent with a harmonic function with a given transmission ra- tio function, which shows the ideas and methods described have the reliability and validity.
