摘　　要：复方甘草酸苷是以甘草中的活性物质甘草甜素为主要成分的复方制剂,其有效成分为甘草酸苷,具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗变态反应和免疫调节作用,同时具有类激素样作用,而无类固醇样不良反应。近年来,其在皮肤性病科治疗中广泛应用,均有较好的疗效,具有治愈率高、不良反应发生率低、复发少的特性。该文就近年来复方甘草酸苷在皮肤性病科的应用与研究进展综述如下。The active substance of glycyrrhizin in glycyrrhiza is the main ingredient of compound glycyrrhizin, which has the functions of anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-allergic, immunomodulatory, and hormone- like effects,besides, has no steroid-like adverse reactions. In recent years, compound glycyrrhizin is widely used and has good effect in the treatment for dermatology, with high cure rate, low incidence of adverse reactions,and low recurrence rate. Here is to make a review of the recent advances on the application of compound glycyrrhizin in dermatology ＆ STD.
