摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是一系列由单纯性脂肪变、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎,可进展至肝硬化,甚至原发性肝癌的疾病。其发病机制较为复杂,脂代谢紊乱、高血压病、动脉粥样硬化、2型糖尿病、代谢综合征以及炎性因子等均与NAFLD的发病密切相关,目前尚无特效的治疗方法。而中药复方和单味中药能明显改善NAFLD患者的症状。该文主要对中医中药在NAFLD治疗中的作用进行综述。Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） is a series of simple fatty change nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis, which can progress to liver cirrhosis, or primary liver cancer diseases. Its pathogenesis is complicat- ed, which is closely related with lipid metabolic disorder, hypertension, atherosclerosis, type 2 diabetes, meta- bolic syndrome and inflammatory factors. So far there is no specially effective treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique understanding on the etiology and pathogenesis of NAFLD, and some Chinese herbal compounds and single herbs can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with NAFLD. Here is to make a review of the function of TCM for NAFLD treatment.
