缬沙坦联合前列地尔注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭合并慢性心功能不全的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)合并慢性心功能不全(CCI)的疗效。方法 60例确诊为CRF合并CCI患者,采取投掷硬币法随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组加用缬沙坦和前列地尔,观察治疗前后肾功能、血液流变学以及心功能的改变。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组肾脏功能、血液流变学及心功能指标改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合前列地尔治疗CRF合并CCI可显著改善患者的心、肾功能。Objectlve To investigate the effect of alprostadil injection combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic renal failure（CRF） with chronic cardiac insufficiency（CCI）. Methods A total of 60 patients of CRF with CCI were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） by coin tossing. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment, while patients in the treat- ment group were treatedwith alprostadil injection and valsartan besides the routine treatment. The change of renal function, blood rheology and cardiac function of the two groups was observed before and after treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the parameters of renal function, blood theology and cardiac function of the treatment group were improved more significant than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Alprostadil injection combined with valsartan can significantly improve the renal function and cardiac func- tion of the patient with CRF and CCI.
