阿托伐他汀和丹红注射液联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及经济性评估

摘　　要：目的评估阿托伐他汀和丹红注射液联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及经济性,为临床工作提供借鉴。方法选择2008年2月至2011年4月唐山工人医院分院诊治的112例冠心病心绞痛住院患者作为研究对象,根据患者用药方案不同分为三组:丹红组(38例)采用丹红注射液30 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液(或生理盐水)250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次;阿托伐他汀组(38例)采用晚饭后顿服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,每次10 mg,每日1次;联合用药组(36例)采用阿托伐他汀和丹红注射液联合治疗,用法、用量同以上两组。比较三组治疗方案的临床疗效以及治疗费用。结果联合用药组心绞痛症状及心电图改善疗效均显著高于丹红组、阿托伐他汀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组的用药费用以及住院总费用分别为(952.1±82.0)元、(1982.4±156.1)元,用药费用与丹红组、阿托伐他汀组的(947.3±84.5)元、(950.9±79.2)元比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是住院费用显著少于丹红组、阿托伐他汀组的(2340.6±210.0)元、(2267.8±194.3)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀和丹红注射液联合治疗冠心病心绞痛明显提高了治疗的有效性及经济性,值得临床关注并深入研究。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and economy of the combination of Atorvastatin and Danhong injection in treating angina pectoris, and provide reference data for clinical pactice. Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with angina pectoris admitted in Tangshan Worker＇s Hospital from Feb. 2008 to Apr. 2011 were selected as research subjects, and divided into three groups according to different medica- tions：patients in Danhong group （38 cases） were treated with 30 mL Danhong injection into 250 mL 5% dextrose injection （ or saline） intravenous infusion, once daily; patients in atorvastatin group （ 38 cases ） were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg after dinner,once daily;patients in combined treatment group （36 cases） were treated with Danhong injection and atorvastatin,the usage and dosage was the same as the other two groups. The clinical efficacy and cost of treatment of the three groups were compared. Results The efficacy of the combined treatment group in symptoms and ECG was significantly higher than Danhong group and Atorvastatin group, there was significant statistical differences （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the drug cost of the combined treatment group was（952.1 ±82.0） yuan,while that of Danhong group was（947.3 ±84.5） yuan,and that of Atorvastatin group was（ 950.9 ± 79.2 ） yuan, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）, but the hospitalization cost of the combined treatment group was （ 1982.±156. 1 ） yuan, significantly less than （2340.6 ±210.0 ） yuan, （ 2267.8 ± 194.3 ） yuan of Danhong group and Atorvastatin group, there was significant statistical differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of Atorvastatin and Danhong injection in treating angina pectoris can significantly improve the effectiveness and economy, and is worthy of clinical attention and in-depth study.
