地佐辛和舒芬太尼联合对单侧肺叶切除术后患者的镇痛镇静效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析地佐辛和舒芬太尼联合对单侧肺叶切除术后患者的镇痛镇静效果。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月新疆自治区人民医院收治的肺癌患者120例,依据镇静镇痛方法不同分为三组:舒芬太尼组术后行舒芬太尼镇静镇痛;地佐辛组术后行地佐辛镇静镇痛;联合组术后行舒芬太尼及地佐辛联合镇静镇痛。评价三组患者的镇静镇痛效果。结果三组患者T1时Ramsay评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05),地佐辛组和联合组Ramsay评分在T2、T3时点间呈降趋势,VAS呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论在单侧肺叶切除术后,地佐辛和舒芬太尼镇静镇痛效果及预防并发症方面各有优势,患者可根据自身情况选择合适镇静镇痛药物。Objective To study the analgesia and sedation effect of dezocine and sufentanil for patients after unilateral lobectomy surgery. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with lung cancer treated in Xinjiang Autonomous Region People＇s Hospital during Jun. 2011 and Jun. 2013 were included, and were divided into three groups according to random number table method： sufentanil group was given sufentanil after surgery,the dezocine group was given dezocine after surgery,and the combination group was given both. The sedation and analgesia effect of the three groups were assessed. Results The Ramsay and Visual analogue scale（VAS） value of the three groups had no significant difference at T1 （P 〉 0.05 ）, and the Ramsay and VAS value of the three groups were significantly different at T2 and T3 （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sufentanil and dezocine are both effective for patients after unilateral lobectomy surgery ,with advantages in sedation and analgesia effect and prevention of complications respectively. The choices should be made according to the specific conditions of the patients.
