冷沉淀在抢救大量输血后凝血异常中作用的分析

摘　　要：目的观察冷沉淀在抢救大量输血后凝血异常中的作用。方法对我院2012年3月至6月出现的10例大量输血之后出现凝血功能异常的重伤患者进行冷沉淀治疗，在冷沉淀治疗之后24小时内对患者的生命体征进行观察，在治疗后3—5天进行血浆Fn和凝血情况测定。结果10例患者在输注冷沉淀之后，患者的凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间以及部分凝血酶时间均有了明显的缩短。对患者的生命体征进行检查分析，患者的纤维蛋白原含量有所增加，血浆纤维原结合蛋白的水平也得到了明显的提高，两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对患者采取冷沉淀治疗，能够有效改善患者输血后凝血异常的情况，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of cryoprecipitate in rescuing patients after massive blood transfusion in blood coagulation abnormalities. Methods 10 cases of massive blood transfusion appearing abnormal coagulation function of injured patients were given cryoprecipitate treatment in our hospital from March to June 2012. The vital signs of patients were observed after the cryoprecipitate treatment within 24 hours, determination of plasma Fn and blood coagulation condition 3-5 days after treatment. Results Prothrombin time, thrombin time and partial thromboplastin time in 10 patients were obviously shortened after the cryoprecipitate treatment. Inspection and analysis on the vital signs of the patients, the content of fibrinogen in patients increased, plasma fibrinogen binding protein levels can be significantly improved, the different determination was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Taking the cryoprecipitate treatment on patients can effectively improve their blood coagulation abnormalities after blood transfusion, which is worthy in the clinical application.
