吉林省某高校大学生吸烟和饮酒现状调查

摘　　要：目的:了解大学生吸烟、饮酒现状,为有关部门制定相关措施提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,对吉林省某高校1092名大学生的吸烟、饮酒情况及相关因素进行问卷调查。结果:大学生吸烟、饮酒行为的比例分别为10.3%、34.2%。大学生吸烟率在不同性别(男22.5%,女2.5%)、专业(文史7.3%,医学6.7%,理工26.1%,艺术12.8%)以及学历间(本科13.6%,硕士7.2%)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大学生饮酒率在不同性别(男57.9%,女19.3%)、专业(文史24.8%,医学29.5%,理工52.2%,艺术47.0%)以及学历间(本科38.3%,硕士30.5%)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:大学生吸烟、饮酒率较高,学校、家庭和社会三方应积极配合,共同促进健康教育工作,尤其应加强对男生群体的控烟、控酒教育。Objective： To understand college students＇smoking status, alcohol consumption, and provide the basis for pertinent departments to formulate relevant measures. Methods：Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1092 college students from a university in Jilin province using convenient sampling method. Results： The present smoking and drinking rate were 10.3% and 34.2% among those surveyed students. College students＇smoking rates in different gender （ male 22.5%, female 22.5% ） and major （7.3% of literature, 6.7% of medicine, 26.1% of sciences and 12.8% of art） and degree （ undergraduatel3.6%, postgratitude7.2% ） all have significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. College student drinking rate in different gender （ male 57.9%, female 57.9% ）, major （24.8% of literature, 29.5% of medicine, 52.2% of sciences and 47. 0% of art） and degree （ undergraduate 38.3%, master＇s 30.5% ） difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： College students＇smoking and drinking rate were much higher. School, family and society should actively cooperate, work together to promote health education work, especially strengthen the related education control of male group with the risk factors of smoking and drinking.
