老年抑郁量表和自测健康评定量表在上海某军队老干部心理健康测评中的比较

摘　　要：目的:考察老年抑郁量表和自测健康评定量表在某军队干休所老干部心理健康测评中的结果是否一致,探讨老干部的抑郁与自测健康水平的关系。方法:以老年抑郁量表和自测健康评定量表为工具对104名某军队干休所老干部进行调查。结果:老干部抑郁水平和自测健康水平,均呈现出男性好于女性,有配偶好于无配偶,与配偶一起居住好于独自居住的老干部。抑郁水平低的老干部自测健康状况要显著好于抑郁水平高的老干部。结论:两个量表结果存在显著性的负相关。Objective ： To compare the results of Geriatric Depression Scale - 15 （ GDS - 15 ） and Self - rated Health Measurement Scale （SRHMS） used in old cadres in military cadre sanatoria. Methods： 104 old cadres in military cadre sanatoria stationed in Shanghai were tested by GDS- 15 and SRHMS. Results： Both the status of depression and self- rated health of male, ones with spouse and ones living with spouse were better than those of female, ones without spouse and ones living without spouse. Conclusion： The scores of GDS - 15 and SRHMS in assessing old cadres＇mental health levels had higher correspondence.
