摘  要:目的:探讨医学院校在体育教学中对学生焦虑行为的心理干预效果。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,随机抽取吉林省某医学院校2011-2013级本科生中患有焦虑症的600名学生作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组300例及对照组300例。在干预治疗前和干预治疗2个月后评测SAS及HAMA分值差异,并对干预作出评价。结果:两组干预后与干预前SAS分值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的SAS分值明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组干预后与干预前HAMA评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的HAMA评分明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。在α=0.05水平上选出"个性特点"、"学业压力"及"家庭教养方式"等3个焦虑情绪的影响因素。结论:.医学院校在体育教学中对学生焦虑行为进行心理干预,可以降低其焦虑行为,缓解其焦虑症状,促其社会功能的恢复。Objective : To explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety of medical students in medical education. Methods: A cluster sampling method, 600 students in 2011 -2013 undergraduates in a medical college in Jilin Province were randomly selected patients with anxiety as the research object, and were randomly divided into the observation group of 300 cases and a control group of 300 cases. The intervention respectively before treatment and 2 months after intervention treatment evaluation of SAS and HAMA score difference to evaluate the intervention. Results: Of the two group and intervention of SAS scores, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the SAS score of observation group after the intervention was significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The differences of HAMA score in two group and intervention were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ; HAMA score of observation group after the intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). In the level of α = 0.05 and choose the "personality", "academic pressure" and "family education" in 3 the influencing factors of anxiety. Conclusion: The psychological intervention on anxiety Of students in medical colleges and universities sports teaching behavior, can reduce the anxiety behavior, can significantly relieve the symptoms, promote the recovery of social function.
