摘　　要：培养宽口径化工专业人才是我国高等教育的目标,也是我国高校对人才培养的一次深入探索。我们以工业催化课程教育为落脚点,在教学过程中融入"重基础、宽口径"的教学理念,以人为本,对教学方法和内容形式进行了调整,以期对培养高素质复合型人才产生重要作用。Cultivating talents of a wide-scope chemical engineering specialty is not only the goal of the higher education,but also an in-depth exploration for cultivating talents in Chinese universities.Based on＂Industrial Catalysis＂course education,the teaching philosophy of＂strengthening the foundation,broadening the specialty＂is introduced into the teaching process.The people-oriented adjustment of teaching contents,methods and forms plays an important role in the cultivation of high-quality compound talents.
