摘　　要：针对双进双出球磨机与单进单出球磨机布置方式不同、体积及单件重量较大、滚筒托运就位困难的问题,阐述了山东邹平滨藤热电厂330 MW机组工程双进双出球磨机滚筒及其它部件的托运吊装过程,分析了滚筒托运不同方式优劣和临时设施的设置形式,提出了保证滚筒顺利就位的安全措施。实践证明,双进双出球磨机滚筒托运方式安全高效,能够保证工期要求,同时也为类似机组施工提供了参考。Aiming at the problems including different arrangement between double inlet and double outlet ball mill and that with single inlet and single cutles ball mill, large volume and weight of single piece, and difficult position for roller consignment, this paper expounds the consignment and hoisting of double inlet and double outlet ball mill roller and its other components of 330 MW unit in Shandong Zouping Binteng Thermal Power Plant, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different roller consignment modes and the setting forms of temporary facility, and proposes safety measures to guarantee roller to go to the correct position smoothly. The practice proves that double inlet and double outlet ball mill roller consignment, which is safe and efficient , is able to guarantee the requirement for the time limit of the project, providing reference for construction of similar units.
