摘 要:针对乌沙山发电公司给水泵汽轮机速关阀检修后挂闸时无法正常开启的问题,阐述了速关阀结构、控制原理及故障现象,分析了速关阀挂闸故障的原因,即低压调速汽门漏流,使速关阀前后压差大,油压不能使速关阀正常开启。提出了解体低压调速汽门、重新核对阀门行程等处理方案。经实际验证表明,采用该方案可以解决速关阀挂闸故障问题。Aiming at the switch fault that quick-closing valve of feed-water pump turbine fails to open normally after the overhaul in Wusbashan Power Generation Co. , Ltd, this paper expounds the structure, control principle and fault of quick-closing valve, and anlyzes the reason for switch latch:the big difference of pressure in front of and behind the the the quick-clsing valve, casued by the leakage flow of low-pressure governing valve, leads to the abnormal opening of valve. The paper also proposes the treatments, such as disintegrating low-pressure governing valve, rechecking valve stroke, and so on. The practice proves that this method is able to solve switch latch fault.
