摘　　要：现代大型高炉的长寿技术是世界各国高炉界长期研究的课题,本钢北营公司2850m3高炉采用了当今钢铁行业先进的技术及设备,炉体100%冷却、炉体关键部位选用铜冷却器、选用适合高炉不同部位、不同工况的内衬结构、软水密闭循环冷却、完善的自动化检测系统,为高炉长寿奠定坚实的基础。The longevity technology of the modern large-scale blast furnace is a long-term research topics of the world＇s blast furnace field, The 2850m3 blast furnace of BX STEEL adopted the advanced technology and equipment of the iron and steel industry, The furnace body 100% cooling, The key parts of the furnace adopts copper cooler for cooling, The inner structure suits different parts of furnace and different condition, Use soft water closed cycle cooling, The automatic detection system is perfect, that lay a solid foundation for long campaign of blast furnace.
