摘 要:简要分析了1200BC2-14/690制动过程中脉冲的产生和封锁、脉宽和频率控制的工作原理及其影响要素;根据要求的工作条件,指出了限制其使用的关键因素——发热,针对引起IGBT发热的负载配置和连线超过1 m后因感应过电压引起电解电容发热的2个关键环节,给出了连续工作时负载电阻和吸收过电压所需电容容量的工程算法。Abstract: The working theory and impact factors of pulse generating and blockading,pulse width and frequencycontrol of 1200BC2-14/690 brake unit in braking process were analyzed briefly. According to the required workingconditions,the key factor limiting its use-fever was pointed out. For two key aspects that are IGBT fever caused by loadconfiguration and electrolytic capacitors fever caused by induction over-voltage when the connection is more than 1 m,the engineering algorithms of load resistance and capacitor charge required by absorbing over-voltage in continuousworking were given out.
