摘 要:利用固相反应法制备了CoTeMoO6 多晶粉体,研究了不同烧成温度下CoTeMoO6 试样的物相组成和显微形貌,对CoTeMoO6 粉体的红外和紫外-可见光谱特征进行了研究.研究结果表明,烧成温度为540-560 ℃,可制备出纯度高、结晶度好的单一CoTeMoO6 相.将合成粉体在600 ℃下进行保温处理,微晶出现了沿(001)晶面的择优生长,可观察到一组平行解理;CoTeMoO6 在中红外波段具有透光波段宽和透过率高的特点,使CoTeMoO6 可以作为潜在的中红外光学材料;CoTeMoO6 在可见光区域(450-650nm)出现了一个吸收带,是由Co^2+ 外层电子发生d-d跃迁所致.Polycrystalline powders of CoTeMoO6 were prepared via solid reaction method in this paper.The phase composition and microstructure morphology of samples of CoTeMoO6 under different temperature sys-tems were studied,as well as IR and UV-Vis spectra.The results show that when the sintering temperature ri-ses to 540-560 ℃,single phase of CoTeMoO6 with good crystallinity and high purity can be got.The powders of pure phase being sintering at 600 ℃,preferential growth of microcrystalline along the crystal plane of (001) occurs and a set of parallel lines of cleavage are observed.With characteristics of a broad transmitting range and high transparency in mid-infrared region,CoTeMoO6 can be served as a kind of potential optical materials.A absorption band of CoTeMoO6 in visible region(450-650 nm)appears,which may be caused by the d-d transi-tion of outer shell electrons of Co2+.
