摘 要:为了研究CFRP预应力混凝土棱柱体(carbon fiber reinforced plastics prestressed concrete prisms,简称CFRP-PCPs)复合筋嵌贴加固混凝土梁的抗裂性能,通过5根混凝土梁在单调荷载作用下的试验研究,对CFRP-PCPs复合筋嵌贴加固钢筋混凝土梁的开裂性能进行分析,试验结果表明,CFRP-PCPs复合筋嵌贴加固混凝土梁开裂荷载有所提高,裂缝高度和裂缝宽度均小于未加固梁的裂缝开展情况,且随着复合筋预应力的增加,有效的阻碍了加固梁裂缝的开展。通过分析,修正了CFRP-PCPs复合筋的弹性模量,提出了嵌贴CFRP-PCPs复合筋加固混凝土梁开裂弯矩的计算方法,计算值与试验值之比的平均值为0.966,结果显示吻合较好。To study the anti-crack performance of concrete beam strengthened with near surface mounted carbon fiber reinforced plastics prestressed concrete prisms ( CFRP-PCPs), experimental studies on five concrete beams under monotonic loads were carried out, and the anti-crack perform-ance of concrete beam was analyzed. The results showed that the cracking load of reinforced concrete beam was improved; that the height and width of the crack are less than those of unreinforced beam;that the development of the crack in the reinforced beam had been effectively prevented with the in-crease of prestressing. Based on the analysis, the elastic modulus of CFRP-PCPs was modified, a numerical method for cracking moment of concrete beam strengthened with near surface mounted CFRP-PCPs was presented, and the average ratio of the calculated and experimental values was 0. 966. Comparisons show that the calculated values agree well with the experimental results.
