针刺健脾调心法治疗心脾两虚型心脏过早搏动的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺健脾调心法治疗心脾两虚型心脏过早搏动的疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用健脾调心法,穴取灵台、神道、百会、气海、内关(双)、足三里(双)、三阴交(双),对照组电针双内关穴,均每日治疗1次,12次为1疗程。两组分别于治疗前和1疗程后观察动态心电图早搏的变化。结果观察组、对照组治疗前后病情分级比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组总有效率分别为69.7%(23/33)和37.5%(12/32),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论针刺健脾调心法治疗心脾两虚型心脏过早搏动具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of spleen invigorating and heart regulating acupuncture on premature heart beat (PHB)with deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen.Methods Sixty eight patients were randomly divided into observa-tion group received treatment of spleen invigorating and heart regulating acupuncture (points selected:Lingtai,Shendao,Baihui,Qi Hai and Neiguan,Zu Sanli,San Yinjiao on both sides),and control group treated by electroacupuncture (bilateral Neiguan).Dynamic electrocardiogram was detected before treatment and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 69.7%(23/33)in the ob-servation group and 37.5%(12/32)in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Tiaoxin acupuncture had specific clinical effi-cacy on PHB with deficiency of heart and spleen.
