摘　　要：不同医院间相同科室的医疗技术水平有明显差别,为了缩小科室之间的差距,提高地区内整体的医疗服务水平,本文提出了科室逐级扶植的发展模式,并介绍了该模式构建的可行性及其优势,重点从确定科室的医疗技术能力和建立扶植关系两方面,论述了逐级扶植模式的构建过程。The levels of medical technology same of the same departments in different hospitals have obvious difference. In order to narrow the gap among the departments, improve the overall level of medical service in the same area, this paper puts forward a step-by-step fostering mode of the departments, and introduces the feasibility of the mode and its advantages. Focusing on determining the medical technology ability and the establishment of the fostering relations, this paper discusses the process of the construction of the step-by-step fostering mode.
