摘　　要：法律与社会运动研究是一个新兴的跨学科领域,它植根于社会运动的理论谱系,聚焦于法律过程的相关主题,彰显了法律理论与社会运动理论的交融。从古典的情感崩溃理论到时兴的法律动员框架,法律与社会运动研究呈现出"典范迁移"的时代性征。深入研究法律与社会运动理论,对于当前中国社会治理与建设具有重要的实践价值。As an emerging interdisciplinary field, Legal and social movement research is rooted in the theory of social movements genealogy, focusing on the related topics of legal process and highlighting the blend of legal theory and social movement theory. From classical emotional breakdown theory to recent legal mobilization framework, legal and social movement theory demonstrates the era characteristic of model transformation. Deepening research and reflection of legal and social movement theory has important practical value for the social governance and construction in contemporary China.
