全球化背景下的竞技体育强国研究——冬夏奥运平等指标探析

摘　　要：以德国帕特伯恩大学校园网英文问卷调查、专家访谈、个案专家,以及多输入加权优序图等方法建立了全球化背景下竞技体育强国的评价标准,并以"夏冬奥运平等"指标对国际公认的竞技强国和中国的现状进行研究,结果发现"夏冬奥运不平等"和"奥运金牌至上"的中国竞技发展战略与国际竞技强国评价标准不甚吻合,而且性别差异特别明显,此情可能使中国竞技远离全球化背景下的竞技体育强国之路。An assessment of ＂G ＋ 3S＂for a sports giant was made by means of an intemet questionnaire,expert in- terv-iews, and the Multiple-input Weighted Precedence Chart. and criteria for evaluating a sports giant against the in- ternational background were built. The status quo of competitive sports in internationally recognized sports giant countries and China were studied and compared against the criteria of a balance between the Summer and Winter Games in terms of gender and medals. It was found that the Chinese strategy for competitive sports development, which pursues an imbalance between the Summer Games and its winter version, and gold medal supremacy, do not confform to the criteria for a strong sports nation. Moreover, there existed an apparent gender inequity. The study drew the conclusion that this situation may draw China＇s competitive sports further astray from the road to a sports giant with weak competitiveness in world mega-sports events.
