延边少数民族地区城镇居民休闲限制与休闲体育参加的关系探索

摘　　要：在理论研究的基础上,采用"休闲限制"、"休闲体育参加"、"社会人口学特征"调查问卷,运用方差分析、回归分析等方法,考察延边少数民族地区城镇居民休闲限制与休闲体育参加的关系。研究认为:首先,通过对各变量之间的因子分析,对未能满足要求的题项进行删除,最终构成其基本框架;其次,休闲限制在性别、年龄、学历、收入等方面均存在差异;再次,休闲限制与休闲体育参加体验存在显著的相互预测作用。影响休闲体育参加的休闲限制各变量依次为身体限制、周边环境限制、个人内在限制;休闲限制与休闲体育参加程度(频率、期间、强度)的关系中,时间限制对休闲体育参加频率的影响较大,个人内在限制对休闲体育参加期间的影响较大,个人内在限制对休闲体育参加强度的影响较大;最后,休闲限制对休闲体育参加起负向(negative)影响。The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the urban residents＇ leisure con- straints and their participation in leisure sports in the Yanbian minority area. A questionnaire, variance analysis, re- gression analysis and other methods were employed. The results suggest first that through the analysis of the factors between variables, items that failed to meet the requirements were deleted and finally formed the basic framework; secondly that leisure constraints varied with gender, age, education, income and so on;thirdly that leisure constraints and experience of leisure sports were significant reciprocal predictors ; fourthly that the leisure constraints that affect- ed participation in leisure sports were in the following order：physical limits, the surrounding environment restric- tion, and intrapersonal constraints ;fifthly that in the relationship between leisure constraints and leisure sports par- ticipation degree （ frequency, intensity, duration） , time limitations had a relatively great influence on the frequency of participation, intrapersonal constraints affected the duration of participation to a relatively high degree, and personal inherent limitations had a comparatively great impact on the intensity of participation;and finally that leisure con- straints exerted a negative effect on the participation.
