摘　　要：乡村医生承担着为广大农民防病治病的重要职责,是医疗卫生队伍的重要组成部分。把乡村医生纳入正式编制,有利于基层卫生组织建设,有利于农村"网底"的巩固,有利于解决后继乏人的问题。加强乡村医生队伍建设,把乡村医生纳入正式编制是根本;解决利益问题是核心;财政合理补助是保障。Rural doctors bear the important responsibility of preventing and treating diseases for rural residents, and is an important part of health care teams. Take rural doctors into the formal establishment is benefit for construct grassroots health organization and strengthen basic level health care, and also benefit for resolve problems about subsequent doctors. Strengthen rural doctors team building, and take rural doctors into the formal establishment is fundamental, and solve the benefits problem is the core and fiscal reasonable subsidies is guaranteed.
