摘 要:目的探讨卒中监护室患者家属的心理需求及护惠沟通技巧。方法采用改良Molter的急危重患者家庭需要量表(CCFNI)及焦虑自评量表(SAS),对2012年03月至2012年11月在我院卒中监护室患者家属119人发放调查问卷,并对患者家属护理沟通前后心理需求进行干预。结果患者家属心理需求多样,经有效沟通后,患者及家属的焦虑和抑郁有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论了解神经科卒中监护室患者家属需求并进行有效沟通对其情绪有正面影响,能提高其心理承受能力,减轻患者家属的负性心理,提高满意度,减少医患纠纷。Objective To explore the psychological needs for family caregivers of patients with stroke in ICU and communication skills between nurse and patient. Methods Using modified Molter Critical Care Family Needs Inventory (CCFNI) and self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), 119 of families of patients with stroke care in ICU in our hospital participated in questionnaires from March to November in 2012. And the psychological needs of family members of patients were intervened before and after nursing communication. Results The psychological needs of patients' families were diverse. The degree of anxiety and depression in patients and their families decreased significantly through effective communication, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Understanding the demands of relatives of patients in neurological stroke care unit and communicating effectively can create positive influence on their emotion, improve the psychological enduring capacity and reduce the negative psychological effects. Therefore, satisfaction of family members of patients can be improved and medical disputes can be reduced.
