摘　　要：从突发事件给社会、民众带来的危害入手,分析了城市应急知识库系统的重要性.采用JavaScript与HTML超文本标记语言相结合的方式,实现网络用户与服务器的交互.借助Google Maps地图,实现相关信息在地图上的显示.本系统可以实现数据的录入、信息的查询、报表的生成、图片的浏览及突发事件的应急举措等功能.Starting from the bane for public brought by emergency,the importance of urban emergency knowledge database system is analyzed.Combining JavaScript with HTML,the communication between network users and servers is realized,and the relevant information is displayed on the map based on Google Maps.The system is pres-ented which can achieve data entry,information service,report generation,browsing pictures and emergency meas-ures and other functions.
