不同肛门护理方法在先天性巨结肠术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨呋喃西林溶液，赛肤润及3M无痛保护膜3种肛门护理方法在先天性巨结肠术后肛门护理中的效果比较。方法：将102例行先天性巨结肠术后的患儿随机分成3组，每组各34例，患儿术后拔除肛管后分别用呋喃西林溶液，赛肤润及3M无痛保护膜喷涂肛门皮肤，并进行暴露。结果：使用3M无痛保护膜在皮肤潮红方面与另外2组比较有较好的作用（ P＜0．05），还提高了患儿的舒适度，减轻护理人员及家属的负担，提高患儿及家属满意度，主观感受均优于另外2组（P＜0．05）。结论：在不考虑价格时，首选3M无痛保护膜，若有价格顾虑时，呋喃西林溶液与赛肤润都可以根据需要选用。Objective：To Compared and Observe three kinds of anus nursing methods after hirschsprung surgery with Nitrofurazone so -lution, Saifurun and 3M pain-free protective film.Methods：102 children after hirschsprung surgery who were randomly divided into three groups.Children were cared in the anus after removal of theanal canal with Nitrofurazone solution for the control group of 34 cases, were sprayed cared with Saifurun and 3M pain-free protective film for the second and third group of 34 cases.Results：3M pain-free protec-tive film group had a good effect in the skin flushing ,there were significant difference in the score of subjective feeling between the chil-dren, families of three group（P〈0.05）.But the effect between Nitrofurazone solution and Saifurun hadn＇t different.Conclusion：Children were cared in the anus after removal of the anal canal with Nitrofurazone solution and Saifurun effectively protected the anal skins and pro -moted healing have a similar effect .3M pain-free protective film is convenient and practical and can be widely used in clinical nursing care.
