摘　　要：[目的]股骨转子间骨折是老年患者的常见疾病。老年患者多患有骨质疏松症,故骨折粉碎严重,且常合并其他内科疾病,因此治疗较为棘手。目前,内固定手术是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的首要选择。1974年,人工关节置换治疗老年股骨转子间骨折已有报道。近年来,有关报道逐年增多,但仍在很多方面存在争议。本文就应用人工关节置换治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的手术适应证、手术技巧、术后疗效、并发症、生物力学和费用问题等研究进展作一综述。Intertrochanteric fracture of femur are common in elderly patients. Since elderly patients have osteoporosis, the fracture usually is severely comminuted. In addition,elderly patients often being with other medical diseases,therefore the treat- ment of fracture is still more difficult. Currently, open reduction and internal fixation is the first choice of treatment for intertre- chanteric fracture in elderly patients. In 1974, hip arthroplasty for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients had been reported. In recent years, the literatures reported increasedly year by year, but there remains to be controversial in some aspects. In present paper, we review the advances in surgical indications, surgical technique, postoperative effects, com- plications, biomechanics and cost research of hip arthroplasty for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients.
