摘 要:基于药物基因组学的个体化医疗是未来医学发展的方向,心血管疾病方面的药物基因检测在各大医院得到了迅速的推广,但由于技术成本高、基因型与表型关联分析缺乏大规模的临床证据、医师相关认知度较低、医保未覆盖等问题限制了其应用,目前这类检测在心血管疾病治疗方面是否具有重要临床意义有待进一步确认。本文通过搜索PharmGKB、SNPedia及dbSNP等数据库,总结归纳药物基因组学在心血管疾病方面的研究现状,为临床个体化治疗提供一定的参考。Personalized medicine based on pharmacogenomics becomes the trend for future medical science, and pharmacogenomics of cardiovascular disease developed fast in hospitals in recent years. Ahhough the research of pharmacogenomics in the area of cardiovascular disease seems very popular, the cost of technique, lack of large scale evidence for genotype aud phenotype linkage analysis, insufficient relevant educations for the doctors, no medical insurance confine the development of pharmacogenomics in cardiovascular disease, and whether this cate- gory of tests has significant effect on clinical practice needs further study. In this article, we searched data bases such as PharmFKB. SNPedia, dbSNP etc. , and summarized the current situation of pharmacogenomics' application in cardiovascular disease to provide references for clinical practice.
