摘  要:目的:探讨超声微泡介导川芎嗪对兔髂动脉球囊损伤后内膜增生和血管狭窄的影响。方法:25只雄性新西兰大白兔,体重(2.2±0.1)kg,随机分为5组,每组5只。A组:空白组;B组:模型组;C组:超声微泡介导川芎嗪术后即刻给药组;D组:超声微泡介导川芎嗪术后1周给药组;E组:超声微泡介导川芎嗪术后3周给药组。各治疗组连续干预7d。术后4周取损伤处髂动脉HE染色测量内中膜面积比和狭窄率。结果:与A组相比,B组内中膜面积比和狭窄率增大(P<0.01)。与B组相比,C组和D组内中膜面积比和狭窄率均显著减少(均P<0.05),C组下降最明显;E组内中膜面积比减少(P<0.05),管腔面积和狭窄率变化不大。结论:超声微泡介导川芎嗪可显著抑制兔髂动脉球囊损伤后内膜增生和血管狭窄,早期干预效果显著。Objective:To estimate the effects of TMP mediated by ultrasound-targeted microbubbles destruc- tion on intimal hyperplasia and vessel stenosis in rabbits' iliac artery after balloon-injury. Method:Twenty five New Zealand white male rabbits, weighted (2.2 ±0.1) kilogram, were divided into five group (n = 5), A group : sham group; B group: model group; C group.. TMP mediated by uhrasound-targeted microbubbles destruction interfer- ence at 0 day after injury; D group: TMP mediated by ultrasound-targeted microbubbles destruction interference at 1 week after injury; E group: TMP mediated by ultrasound-targeted microbubbles destruction interference at 3 weeks ~.fter injury. Intimal hyperplasia and stenosis rate were examined with pathology after artery balloon-injury 4 weeks. Result:Intima-media ratio and stenosis rate in group B was larger than that in group A (P〈0.01). Inti- ma-media ratio and stenosis rate in group C and group D were found lower than group B(both P〈0.05). Al- though intimal-media ratio in group E was smaller than that in group B(P〈0.05), stenosis rate was similar to group B. Conclusion:TMP mediate by ultrasound-targeted microbubbles destruction can inhibit intimal hyperplasia and vessel stenosis in rabbits iliac artery after balloon-injury, interference earlier will have better effect.
