摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在小肠间质瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。材料和方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的35例小肠间质瘤的多层螺旋CT平扫和双期增强扫描表现。结果 35例中,肿瘤起源于空肠13例和回肠22例。CT平扫14例间质瘤密度均匀,21例密度不均匀,增强扫描动脉期示肿瘤均明显强化,静脉期示肿瘤仍有强化。结论小肠间质瘤的多层螺旋CT表现有一定的特征性,并对鉴别诊断具有应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of stromal tumors in small intestine by multi-slice spiral CT.Materials and Methods Both plain,dual-phase contrast enhanced MSCT were performed for 35 cases with pathologically proved stromal tumors in small intestine.Results The tumors originated from jejunum（n=13） and ileum（n=22） in 35 cases. On plain MSCT scans, the tumors had homogeneous isodensity（n=14） and heterogeneous density（n=21）. Marked enhancement was seen on enhanced MSCT scans during artery phase. The tumoral enhancement was also seen during venous phase.Conclusion Stromal tumors in small intestine has some MSCT characteristic features, and have some application value of differential diagnosis.
